Service Description

Welcome to SongCrafters– where young minds become musical wordsmiths! Designed for ages 8-13, this week-long adventure is a deep dive into the art of crafting melodies and penning lyrics. Campers will immerse themselves in the magic of renowned songs, exploring the secrets behind iconic tunes. Equipped with their very own songwriting journal, each camper will embark on a personal journey of creativity and expression. Our experienced camp counselors will guide them through the ins and outs of songwriting, helping shape their unique voices. As the week unfolds, the campers will weave their stories into original songs that reflect their individuality and creativity! Camp will finish on the last day with a rad performance, where each camper will showcase their musical masterpieces. Join us for a harmonious week of inspiration, collaboration, and the joy of bringing one's imagination to life through the power of song! Perfect for ages 8+ (no prior music experience required) Each camper will receive a songwriting journal to take home at the end of the week! *Cancellation policy, please be sure to read full policy on booking page when checking out.

Cancellation Policy

Camp Refund and Cancellation Policy: At Cal Heights Music, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to changes in your camp attendance plans. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy: Refund Window: -Camp refunds to the original payment method will be available up to 30 days before the start of the camp session. -After this period, refunds will only be issued in the form of a credit to Cal Heights Music. Late Cancellations: -Cancellations made within 10 days or less before the start of the camp session will not be eligible for a refund or credit. -This policy is in place to account for the significant planning, preparation, and material costs associated with each class. Missed Camps, Missed Days, or Sick Days: -No credits or refunds will be provided for missed camp sessions, individual days of a camp, or absences due to illness. -We encourage participants to notify us in advance if they anticipate any scheduling conflicts or health-related issues affecting their attendance. How to Request a Refund: -Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our camp administration team. -Requests made within the specified refund window will be processed to the original payment method or receive credit to Cal Heights Music. Camp Modifications: -Cal Heights Music reserves the right to modify or cancel a camp session due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability. -In the event of a camp modification or cancellation, participants will be promptly notified, and appropriate measures, including full refunds, will be taken. By registering for our camps, participants and their guardians acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this refund and cancellation policy.
