Indie Band - The HOWLERS (ages 11-15)

Service Description

Join The HOWLERS! Our rad indie band, The Howlers, is for kids ages 11-15! This 12 week session will meet every Wednesdays from 6-6:50pm! We will have special performance opportunites TBA! IMPORTANT please note: CHM students enrolled in private lessons will receive a 15% discount on their 30min weekly private lessons for the duration of the Indie band session (i.e. for a total of 12 private lessons). We believe a combination of indie band weekly practice in addition to weekly private lessons is the most effective combination! Due to the small group/band size and the importance of a commitment from each and every band member, if a student cancels after the start of the session they must cancel by 9/22 to receive a refund in the form of credit only for untaken classes. There will be a non-refundable/non-creditable cancellation fee of $50. If a student cancels before the session starts, refunds to the original form of payment will only be given up to 10 days before the start of the session, after that cancellations before the session starts will be in the form of a CHM class credit only. 2-installment pay option available, please notify us.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy for group classes (this does not apply to Camps, Indie Band Program, Kid's Choir, or Special Events , which each have their own policies listed on their respective booking pages). For most group classes: (ie, Little Coyotes, Coyote Pups, Kids Group Keyboard, Kids/Adult Group Guitar, Kids/Adult Group Ukulele, Cals Music/Instrument Explorers, etc) If you need to cancel, refunds in the form of original payment will only be given up to 10 days before the start of the class. After that time, all cancellations will be in the form of a credit that can be used towards future Cal Heights Music class tuition or for private lessons. Please note that group lessons may be converted to 15min private lessons in the event only 1 student is booked or shows up for a class. Group classes with less than 3 students may also be cancelled. We will notify you should CHM need to cancel a class due to enrollment, and a full refund to your original payment method will be given. Cal Heights Music must be notified of a planned absence 24 hours before the class to receive a makeup credit, there will be no make ups for no shows. Only one excused absence with a makeup credit is offered per session. Missed classes/makeup credits cannot be used as credit/payment towards future or other classes. Make up classes expire 1 month from the date of the missed class. Classes for babies, toddlers and preschools that require adult participation are for one caregiver + one child only. Due to space limitations we can not accomodate more than one caregiver with a child without advance notification and CHM approval. Thank you for understanding.
